Welcome to GuardianNode. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using our website, database console, or status ping features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these regulations.
1Description of Service
GuardianNode provides website monitoring, SSL/TLS handshake certificate checks, DNS health audits, visual screenshot regression captures, and notification routing (Slack webhooks, email updates). Our tool integrates with Supabase for user storage and database operations.
2Fair Use & Monitoring Limits
To maintain stable service performance for all users free of charge, the following checks guidelines apply:
Allowed Usage
You may monitor domains that you own or have explicit administrative permission to scan.
Abuse Restrictions
You may not flood target networks, attempt script injection, or run unauthorized stress tests using our pinger.
3Accounts & Database Security
Account authorization is handled securely via Supabase. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. GuardianNode has implemented strict **Row Level Security (RLS)** in PostgreSQL to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data requests.
4SaaS Upgrade Tiers & Licensing
Certain high-capacity features (e.g. increase monitoring limits beyond 5 sites, hyper-frequency 30s checks) are processed securely through **Freemius** licensing nodes. Upgrades require active licensing compliance. All sales, cancellations, and renewals conform to Freemius refund regulations.
5Disclaimers & Liability Limits
GuardianNode services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that network check failures will always trigger alarms or that DNS calculations will match local network views at all times. In no event shall GuardianNode be liable for any revenue loss resulting from undetected site outages.
