Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
At GuardianNode, we are committed to security, data isolation, and user transparency. This policy describes how we collect, store, and process parameters when you access our console, deploy monitoring, or configure webhooks.
1Data We Collect & Monitor
To provide high-fidelity dashboard audits, we store:
- Monitor Metadata: URLs, request settings, custom alerts channels.
- Uptime check logs: HTTP response status codes, latencies, check timestamps.
- Diagnostic details: Legacy TLS version flags, SSL certificate parameters, security headers, sitemap status, and WHOIS lock states.
- Account Credentials: Emails and password hashes handled exclusively by Supabase Auth nodes.
2Database Storage & Isolation
All audit logs and monitor items are stored in a dedicated Supabase PostgreSQL database. Access to your dashboards is governed by **Row Level Security (RLS)** policies. This prevents other tenants from accessing your configuration parameters or custom webhook addresses.
3Freemius Checkout & Billing
Our billing platform uses **Freemius** to handle premium licensing transactions safely. Credit card parameters are captured directly via Freemius secure forms and are not stored on GuardianNode servers. Freemius shares basic user identifiers and active status levels with us to enable console configurations.
4Third-Party Disclosures & Trackers
We value your privacy. GuardianNode does **not** host advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or sell data logs to third-party brokers. We share check parameters only with selected notification webhooks (such as Slack) that you explicitly configure inside your dashboard.
5Data Erasure (Your Rights)
You can delete your monitors or logs at any time directly through the dashboard. If you wish to completely close your account and remove all related Supabase auth tables, please email us. We process all request removals within 48 hours.
